He has prepared reports providing data, design parameters, and recommendations appropriate for the design and construction of the proposed pavement, bridges, detention ponds and associated underground utilities throughout the Texas Gulf Coast region including Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria, Montgomery, Galveston, and Titus counties. Musngi has managed various medium to large projects involving roadways such as toll roads, major/minor thoroughfare roads, major/minor collector roads, and residential roads. He has performed geotechnical investigations for roadways and underground utilities, water plants, wastewater treatment plants, educational facilities, sports complexes, and commercial/municipal/industrial buildings and facilities throughout the State of Texas. Musngi is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in geotechnical, materials, and structural engineering services. He is an active member of the Associated Soil and Foundation Engineers (ASFE) and Geo-Professional Business Association (GBA).īonifacio Musngi heads the Geotechnical Engineering Department. And I have taught at a Local Library but was approved by the Local Government and had to apply and be accepted for the position. I also once built 40+ laptops all at the same time including the startup encryption and startup build. I have also taught for mainstream Government which included Cyber Security, Networking, Administrator, Website Administrator, Mobile Device Assets and Asset Maintenance, Outlook Admin (Active Directory), Desktop Support, Server Maintenance, Office Projects etc (and that was for at least 4 Government establishments in my building).

I have even taught at 16 years young managing a Microsoft Training Courses Reseller for Windows 3.1, Word 2.0, Excel 1.0, Access Database, PowerPoint etc from 1994/95 (I have written proof of this, I even taught the Office Junior!) and my experience includes all versions of Microsoft - even including Microsoft Vista and the newer versions Microsoft Azure, Office365 etc. Hey :) I have 29 years of Microsoft Experience including as a Government and Local Government Teacher and as an Administrator from 1995 I think (or 1994) can I please obtain certification for all of my Microsoft experience including older Microsoft versions eg Windows 3.1+, Word 2+, Excel 1+, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook Business + Microsoft 365, Azure etc.
